When you create an account or subscribe to a paid tier, we collect:

- League configuration data (scoring formats, roster settings, keeper status, league names you create)
- Trade history (the trades you build and save within the app)
- Payment information (processed by our payment provider, see Section 4)
For Commissioner tier users, we additionally collect:
- Email addresses of league managers you invite to seats
- Trade history of all managers within your Commissioner-licensed league
Information Collected Automatically
When you use the Service, we automatically collect:
- IP address
- Browser type and version
- Device type and operating system
- Pages visited and actions taken within the Service
- Referring website or source
- Date and time of visits
Information From Third-Party APIs
The Service pulls live player statistics from publicly available APIs operated by the NHL, NFL, and MLB. We do not collect personal information from these sources. We only retrieve player and game data used to power the trade analyzer.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Provide, operate, and maintain the Service
- Process subscriptions and payments
- Authenticate your account and protect against unauthorized access
- Save your league settings and trade history
- Send transactional emails (account confirmations, payment receipts, password resets, Commissioner seat invitations)
- Improve and optimize the Service

- Detect and prevent fraud or abuse

These providers process your information only as needed to perform their services and are bound by their own privacy policies.

Your account information, league settings, and trade history are stored on secure servers operated by our hosting provider. We use industry-standard encryption (TLS) for data in transit and encrypted storage for sensitive fields such as passwords.
While we take reasonable steps to protect your information, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.
7. Data Retention
We retain your account information for as long as your account is active. If you cancel your subscription, your account and saved data remain accessible at the free tier level (with limitations) unless you request deletion.
If you delete your account, we will permanently remove your personal information within 30 days, except where retention is required for legal, accounting, or fraud prevention purposes.
8. Your Rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the following rights:

If you participate in our referral program, we collect the referral code you generate and track conversions attributed to your code. When a payout is owed, we will collect the information necessary to process an e-transfer (such as the email address associated with your bank). This information is used only to issue the payout.
